Mr. Shoham brings four decades of multidisciplinary engineering and operational leadership to FUSMobile. With over 25 years dedicated exclusively to the medical device sector, he has a proven track record of guiding complex technologies from early R&D through strict regulatory pathways and into global operations.

Prior to joining FUSMobile in 2019, Mr. Shoham served as the Quality and Regulatory Director for Johnson & Johnson’s Biosense Webster site in Israel. Previously, he spent 11 years at focused ultrasound pioneer InSightec Ltd., where he joined at the company's inception as Software R&D Manager before advancing to VP of Operations and Quality. His foundational leadership experience includes 15 years managing R&D for complex, multidisciplinary systems in the defense industry.

Mr. Shoham holds an M.Sc. in Physics from Tel Aviv University and is an alumnus of the executive leadership program at the Technion Institute of Management (TIM).
