Junior Sales Associate
Type: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious, early-career sales professional to join our growing commercial team. Experience in medical device sales — familiar in the pain management field with companies like Stryker, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, or similar — is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is drive, coachability, and a genuine passion for sales. This is a great opportunity to work directly with physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems to expand adoption of a category-defining technology.
What Makes You Fit
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills—comfortable engaging with healthcare systems, clinical staff and physicians.
• A self-starter mentality — able to manage your own pipeline and prioritize with minimal oversight
• Genuine enthusiasm for sales and a drive to hit (and exceed) targets
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in medical device sales, clinical sales support, or a related commercial role in healthcare/med-tech
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA-regulated medical devices, clinical/healthcare compliance)
Application Specialist
Type: Full-Time | Onsite, hybrid considered for the right candidate, after full onboarding
About the Role
The Application Specialist sits at the intersection of product, sales, and clinical users — supporting physician adoption of the Neurolyser XR through product demonstrations, clinical training, procedural support, and feedback collection during evaluations, pilots, and commercial deployment. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who's energized by working directly with clinicians and being the go-to expert on how the device works.
Clinical & Technical Support:
• Provide on-site and remote application support to clinicians during product demos, trials, and early clinical use
• Serve as the product expert, ensuring correct and safe device operation
• Support installations, system configuration, and troubleshooting
Training & Education:
• Deliver product training to clinical and hospital staff
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and clinical workflows
• Support onboarding of new customers and internal teams (sales, service)
Sales & Commercial Support:
• Partner with Sales to support evaluations, tenders, and customer meetings
• Perform product demonstrations
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process
Product Feedback & Development:
• Gather structured feedback from users and translate insights to R&D and Product teams
• Support usability testing, clinical studies, and product validation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the device and its clinical application
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Sales
• Support documentation related to clinical use, labeling, and related needs
• Adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
What Makes You Fit
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, nursing, healthcare management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and medical device usage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with healthcare software systems
• Willingness to travel as required for on-site client support and training
Nice to Have
• Previous experience in an application support, training, or technical role within the medical field
• Experience with medical imaging systems, diagnostic devices, or laboratory equipment
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO, MDR)
• Knowledge of IT systems and networking in a healthcare setting
What We Offer
• A young, driven, and international team
• Fast-paced startup environment where your work has real impact
• Medical, vision, and dental coverage
• Equity/stock options — be part of our growth as an owner, not just an employee
• The chance to work hands-on with a genuinely innovative, first-of-its-kind medical technology that's changing how chronic pain is treated worldwide.
